核兵器禁止条約の交渉を２０１７年３月に開始することを決定する国連総会決議案の投票での採択が、まもなくニューヨーク国連本部で行われる見通しです。
ニューヨーク時間２７日午後４時（～６時）頃＝日本時間２８日午前５（～７時）頃が想定されます。以下のサイトでウェブ中継があります。Skype Chatもやっています。

Hi everyone,
Today is going to be very exciting. Voting is expected to take place on the UN resolution (L41) to start negotiations next year on a nuclear ban.
This is the moment we’ve been waiting for, voting should be starting around 1600 EST/ 20:00 GMT
